Front cover and valve cover gaskets done for the 2nd time in 25k. 4wd actuators replaced, one cv axle still always stays locked. Oh how about free scratch with that... glad its the wifes

It looks like the f150 badge location. As for the scratches looks like someone tried to remove the with a screwdriver.....don't ask me how I know.
