Let me know how the trip to the dealership goes, 116Rob. If you need any help from my neck of the woods, send me a PM with your details and I'll see what I can do to assist. To get the ball rolling, I'll need your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and preferred servicing dealership.

Visited the dealer yesterday for the P012D code my truck was throwing. Received a new PCM calibration. Service manager said the new calibration broadened the temp range on the turbo sensor that was setting off the DTC.

Thanks for the update, 116Rob! I'm happy to see that your dealership resolved this for you.

Dropped my truck off at the dealer this afternoon. Been throwing P012B and P012D for a couple of days. Hope it turns as well for me.

How did it turn out? Mine through a po12d today with 14000 miles on it. Cleared it and it came right back. Looks like its going to the dealer :-(

I had the same issue. Threw the code, I cleared it, it came right back. Dealer had it for three days, said they couldn't replicate the problem and it didn't have the code on when I took it in. They told me to bring it in if it happens again. Hasn't happened since. I wonder if they secretly fixed it. I

Hey Rob...got same code just yesterday. What did the dealership charge you for the PCM calibration?

I believe it was free as the truck was still under warranty at that time

No worries...just trying to figure out if the service contract I was stupid enough to add to my loan will cover potential replacing or repairing of whatever is causing the P012D appearance. HATE dealing with car stuff...no extra time OR ENERGY left at the end of my days!
