2014 F150 FX4 outside temp. doesn't work?
I have a 2014 F150 FX4 and my outside temp doesn't work so could it be a sensor problem? I went through the computer screen inside and everything seems to be set fine.

doesn't work now or never worked? it didn't come on all trucks. also not all fx4's are optioned the same so it may be possible to have one without that feature. don't know that for sure though as i haven't looked at a base fx4.

Hmm- do you have MFT Sync - the 8" Nav screen? or ? On the 8" screen there is an option to turn this off it is controlled under the clock menu:
From page 367 of the 2014 Lariat Manual:
1. Press the Settings icon > Clock.
2. Press + and - to adjust the time.
From this screen, you can also make other
adjustments such as 12-hour or 24-hour
mode, activate GPS time synchronization
and have the system automatically update
new time zones.
You can also turn the outside air
temperature display off and on. It appears
at the top center of the touchscreen, next
to the time and date.
The system automatically saves any
updates you make to the settings.
