No, driving habits haven't changed, late Nov is when i had the TSB's performed so i went through late fall winter spring and summer with no shudder, i live in MT. now fall rolls around again and its back, ive had 91 perf tune since December with no shudder, had a leveling kit installed in early july, no shudder, then yesterday shudder city. I get it at deceleration as well. It seems to happen the second right before i completely stop, like the vehicle shimmies right before settling in to rest.

Watch the gear indicator on the front display. It could be shifting down to 1st and that could be when the shudder occurs. I have also noticed an ever so slight shudder if I decelerate a bit more briskly to a stop. But I tell you the spring pack in the back is just a bit too soft for my tastes but we'd give up some ride quality in order to get rid of the shudder.

I'm not sure why this would come back in that manner which you described. Is it really bad though? My shudder is just a 'wiggle' on takeoff and now that I am paying attention an almost imperceptible wiggle when the truck settles to a stop and shifts down to 1st gear.

I think they can apply all the band-aids they want but it doesn't address the core issue; the spring pack is long, relatively soft in initial travel and the large amount of torque applied to the axle on initial take off causes the axle wrap to occur.

Yeah I'll have to keep an eye on the shift indicator. And it's enough of a shudder to be annoying but in the long run I think you're right with coming up with a rear end fix which I'm sure just compounds the problem. Thanks for your help

Not a problem at all. I scratched my head on this one for a short amount of time, after reading all the attempts Ford made. In reality all they did was circle the drain and not address the root of the issue. It isn't that this is a hard fault but more of an annoyance and it's one we can fix but at our own expense.

Let me know if you see anything in particular because I too am curious. I'm not getting the shudder on deceleration at all, or at least not enough for me to notice.

well looks like the dealership decided to order a new drive shaft rather than trying to keep putting a band aid on it
