Yea. I removed the res and muffler and made it car back strait 3". Sounds great for a v6 not a lot of drone. Not enough to bug me anyways.

factory mid pipe being the factory cats? in that case, yes i do i basically just went from the cat back flange and went strait pipe.

Removing the cats is when it gets loud. I cranked mine with an open downpipe when it had cats and it barely sounded different than stock. Made my offroad downpipe and had to drive it home with open downpipe and it was obnoxious..

If you can live with it go for it. Should whistle like crazy. If you dont already have it, look into our catless downpipe. Thats where the key to the whistle is.
