I'm happy with my SOLO DP's. The integrated resonator was a big selling point for me.

I have had both Solo catted and Mak O/R. Both are nice. The MAK has a buzz at WOT though.

If I were to do it again I would do the Solo O/R, but I got this MAK for dirt cheap. The guy had cut it and I just had to weld it back together (cut the Y off). It is aluminized so it won't last forever and I will probably to full turbo back at that point.

Had the full Solo Mach X system on my 2011 Ecoboost. I liked it a lot. The looks were awesome. But it was a little loud. Currently running the MAK O/R with stock cat back and it sounds good.

I think MAK makes an aluminized downpipe which is cheaper than stainless downpipes.

Mak I'm pretty sure of cause they use aluminized mild steel tubing instead of stainless. Bad juju if the area you live in uses a lot of road salt during winter(rust).

We also offer a stainless version of our y-pipe. For those who prefer the long term durability. The aluminized we use is a thick guage so it will last longer than some thin walled stuff, they will outlive most of the trucks they go one. Its the same thickness tubing we use on our mustang exhaust and they last well past the 10yr mark, but yes with road salt they will take a beating.
