Default doesn't sound right?

I posted this in another thread and no one commented... but is this sound normal? Techs say it is fine but it just doesn't sound right to https://youtu.be/8xnplyyaBfc

What year? If it's a 2011 or 2012, it could be the vacuum assist pump on its way out. Mine sounded exactly like that before it took a crap.

I had the extended warranty, so it ran me a $50 copay. I believe the part is about $350 from Rock Auto.
