Did some data logging this weekend
My buddy has HP Tuners so we hooked it up to the ecoboost. Datalogging we saw some interesting things.
Peak boost normally is 12psi, though we did see spikes of almost 15psi at times.
Peak boost is made a 4500-4800 rpms, after this point it steadily declines to 8psi by red line. With some simple calculations using the stock numbers, if Ford simply held 12psi it would be 50-60hp gain. If a tuner brought the boost up to 15psi and held that, you would see gains down low and 100hp extra over stock.
HP Tuners wasn't able to measure KR or Duty cycle of the fuel system. The commanded A/F ratio was good though, at WOT it was 11.0-11.5. It could stand to lean out a little bit but better than I though it would be.

I am getting the datalog file and program so I can view the actual runs. 0-60 wasn't as good as I though it would be. The best I got was 7.1 seconds, but the software Ford uses updates slow or the HP tuners and the Ford software don't like each other as it was really laggy in the readings. These times were done in 4wd so zero tires spin.

I don't see these turbos to flow much more than they are:

It seems the SHO with tune alone is able to pick up 35-40hp, which is probably keeping boost throughout the rpm range, playing with timing, and fuel trims. With intake, tune and exhaust they are seeing 80hp, which the turbos are out of breathe
Still, this would be a very nice improvement when parts come available.
Livernois motorsports is waiting for their ecoboost to arrive, been waiting 6 weeks they said. Hennesey is waiting for a vehicle (guessing a donor), Troyer said they are waiting for someone to hack the computers and VMP didn't answer the phone, though I am sure he is in the same boat as Troyer. Seems like intake and exhaust alone are worth some gains.
For me though, the exhaust is going to have to be quiet, I dont' want to magnify the V6 sound
