That's awesome man. I don't offroad, so that is not a huge issue for me. I just think it is cleaner to hide the exhaust. I thought the same thing about adding a hanger to the turndown in order to further support the exhaust. Thanks for the info and I'm looking forward to the videos.

Also the nice part is the total investment to change that was about $5 !

Thanks man all is well. I took a good bit of time for work and family. I have been around and have been helping Geoff off and on with a few projects including a tablet install in the fusion sema car.

Right now geoff is tearing into some new f150 projects. I am not at liberty to say as its not my place but Geoff should have some good stuff for everyone in the next month or so

I was reallllllly looking forward to doing some testing, too. I guess now it will be coming down to who releases which one first with some descent numbers and/or spool decrease.

I also really want to hear more intake noise when the turbos are spooling.
This will all be moving quickly here in the near future. I can say that Geoff is an engineer so hes not one to speculate. He will not post anything until he has the numbers in hand and has good solid testing to back it up. That is just how he works and I respect him for that. Should not be to much longer

You have asked about this a few times! No one has responded for a few reasons. Should such an intercooler exist, or the reasons for making such a design. Geoff will post about it when he has the information he needs and backup. I'm not so sure how any info of such a mythical design got out but my guess is that when the project is done with any and all testing it will come to light. If its not abandoned for one reason or another.

Lots of people on the net always say why be so secret blah blah blah. Its not about being secret it about making sure the data and testing backs up claims before releasing a product.

I have learned a ton from Geoff over the last 2 years and one of the biggest things was to keep my mouth shut about things until you have everything you need. Because if you don't you will be spinning your wheels trying to answer questions that you don't have the answers to. Instead of working on getting all the answers or finishing the project. Geoff is an amazing asset to this community with his ridiculous amounts of experience with Turbo theory and years of designing turbos systems including twin scroll systems that require WAY more knowledge then most people even realize or can understand. Add to that his super close ties with Borg Warner and Ford we are lucky to have him here. Thanks Geoff for all you are working on!!

Anyone wants to know all that is involved in making a quality twin scroll setup read this. I learned so much from that article. Before I read that I had no idea how much was involved. All the way down to the exhaust pulses and timing them interning the turbo with the runners size and length. Having cylinders linked off of when the valves are opening. Crazy amounts of work! And Full Race designs these systems for top of the line race teams and the average joe.

All I can say with the fuel fixes coming out soon we should see some fun things this year. I hope I can be a wealth of knowledge with my "inside" help

Works for me. That's the one thing that is nice about FR as a company...their gains are documented and they stand by those numbers good, bad, or otherwise.

Thanks for the comments Eco-Beast28. I'll think about it though about the swap. Not sure yet what to do... need more time to think about it. The only thing, I live in Canada, far from you in Arizona. Might be a little hard because of shipping and handling...
