Your experience is like mine plus I tow heavy and was very concerned. No worrries, 16,000 miles later and I am very happy with the Full Race resonated exhaust.

the condensation accumulating in intercoolers happens if conditions are "right" and nothing anybody can do to stop that, without losing HP. The key is how to get the condensation out of the piping, before it enters the engine. A vent-to-atmosphere BOV, located at the lowest point, post intercooler, seems to be the best way to do this currently.
Regarding turbosmart, they make a good product. A single external BOV "post intercooler" vta would make more sense than upgrading the bov's on a 2011-2012 turbo. conversely if you have a 2013, disabling the ebov and going to a single mechanical vta would be the call.
Are you asking about the piping from the airbox to the turbos? or from the turbos to the intercooler? take a photo of which pipes you are refferring to
I ordered a resonator version Friday 11-15 and it shipped quickly and I received today Wed 11-20, not bad from CA to TX...The Full Race exhaust was noticeably lighter and VERY well constructed. The high polish stainless is aesthetically perfect. It took me about 30 minutes to install the Full Race and it fit as good as factory in every way. The mfg tolarances must be fairly tight and I was impressed I didn't have to jimmy it to get it to fit good. I cranked it up and it blew me away how quite it was. Nothing like the video sound clips. Its sounds perfect from stop to 80 mph. The tone is hardly noticeable in the cab with the radio completely off. When I turn on the radio it totally disappears. The power in the low to mid range is also very noticeable. Much crisper acceleration and zero lag when you mash the throttle. There is absolutely zero drone at all at any speed. It sounds like a very quite but tuned exhaust which is what I wanted. Couldn't be happier!
My wife always commented how my truck was so quiet and smooth, even more quiet than her Infinity. She was in the truck and never even mentioned the new exhaust. When I told her I installed it she didn't believe me. But then I gave it some gas (a lot :-) She was like, "wow, that sounds good, better than my car" And trust me folks, she hates all my past redneck exhaust.

@Full-Race Geoff,
Have you guys experimented at all with heat wrapping/shielding on the intake tubes prior to the intercooler? I've noticed that mine get incredibly hot (airbox to intercooler), so I can only imagine that some of this heat is transferred to the intake air creating a hotter than necessary air charge.... and cooler is better... so?

Also, if you have some rough estimates to gains at what rpms....can we pre-order it at a cyber monday special?

getting it ready for production, will not post pics of the prototypes - so much has changed since the initial designs were done. this is a 2014 part, as well as many other new things in the pipeline
