Just called my dealer and got spot for Monday to update mine. Bought my fx4 in October and only get 17 on highway and 13.5 city so I hope they fix it. The service guy didn't sound like he new a lot about it but said he will look it up. Will post once I get it done with results.

Mines at the dealer right now for driveline vibration issues on decel. I also mentioned that I noticed the truck would surge when going up hill under light to moderate acceleration. Situations like when the TC unlocks and your trying to accelerate slowly. You can hear the turbos loading and unloading and it sort of feels like an engine miss but it's not. This pretty much matches the description of the above TSB so I would image they will update my truck. If not, I'll mention it to them when they call this afternoon. Thanks for posting this!

Most folks reporting the surge problem also report poor fuel mileage. Those who have had the flash report an immediate mileage improvement. I suspect all EBs built prior to the specified date should get the flash as the problem seems to get worse over time.
