I'm thinking bad info, that or it won't fit without some modification. The 5.0's are designed the same as far as external dimensions between all applications if I'm thinking correctly. The modifications would be to electrical or vacuum lines, but I'm not sure.

Intake manifold is on sale, $1259...

There are plenty of tests and articles where they installed it on 5.0 mustangs, which is basically interchangeable. Check those out.
