Default Cold Start Problem

Ford F-150, 5L
Having problems getting started after a below freezing evening. Any ideas about what may be the problem? Any solutions for a cold start?

Have you checked the battery? Probably not holding a charge

Battery seems fine in that it cranks strong .....and does eventually start.
The issue is that I should not have to coax it along to make it happen.

Try turning the key to on but not start for 5 seconds...this makes the fuel pump run. Then start it. If it fires instantly maybe it's a fuel pressure issue

I am getting other feedback that says it maybe the Throttle Body.
Does that make sense?

Do you have a block heater? Have you tried plugging it in?
