Anyone having issues with a random misfire code running a k&n cold air intake and throttle body spacer I've had it on for a few months now but the last few weeks it has been throwing a misfire code seems to be only when started with the remote start

The throttle body spacer is literally as effective as a bed mat at increasing performance, and could no more cause a misfire than a massive burnout with the engine off.


That's not the issue. Which cylinder is misfiring, how old is the truck, how many miles? It's also unlikely that the tube with a filter on it is causing the issue, either.
