You find them on the device under Strategy Tunes. You pick 87, 91 or 93 just by selecting that octane. There are other parameters you can change too like tire revs per mile, shift points, and as I just found out, firm shifting. When you first connect your device, it will look at your PCM strategy, probably tell you unsupported strategy, then you take it to your PC and run the SCT Updater to download the tunes for your strategy. After it saves your stock strategy to your device, you should probably copy that to your hard drive in case your tuner gets damaged or stolen.

I've never seen the shift firmness on the canned tunes but I'd love to be able to mess with it. My tuner is up to date I checked all the latest software numbers on my device to sct's website, but I have seen people say there is an option to turn off traction control now and that is not on my device either so hell I don't know.

I have to return to stock tomorrow for a Friday dealer service. I will check options while loading the SCT tune and if it is not there, just load my SSi tune instead.

Yea i have several custom tunes I've just been running the canned tunes since I got this new motor. I wanna be sure everything is kosher before I put the boost to it. The sct tunes ain't that bad tho I've really enjoyed it. I kinda like the stock feel of it until you get over half throttle.

Actually that's not true. It does have the preloads on most SCT units, SF3 3015, X4 7015, iTSX 4015, Livewire TS 5015 but the X3 3000 is a custom tune only type device with no preloaded tunes and pretty common that a lot of SCT dealers who do custom tunes will use the X3 3000 as slightly cheaper then the other models.
