That is the JLP Thunderstorm truck running an 11.23 in the 1/4. From what I understand that was done without nitrous. I am sure that the 10.9 run was with Nitrous, still impressive because its on the factory long block.

Wow, that is just plain amazing. Are the mods on it still the same, Supercharger, Slicks, Traction Bars, intake, full exhaust, and a tune? Am I missing something? That is just crazy that it can go that fast with very few mods.

Goes to show the 5.0L is a beast especially with the addition of a power adder. 10's in a 1/2 ton on stock internals is absolutely amazing.

Evolution performance does 5.0 tuning as well. they are popular in the mustang world so i sent them a pm just now inquiring about it.

Just broke down and ordered a SCT SF3 for my 2012 5.0..going to try the canned tunes for now until I decide 5 star or who else..nothing crazy tune just something to help with 33-35" tires & did a dry high flow drop in air filter since everyone agrees CAI are not worth it now...duel exhaust no resonators... 4 year 100k mile warranty B TO B.. So I'm trying to be careful..this 5.0 is amazing stock compared to my old 5.4 all modded out "CAI,TB,Exhaust"...
