Hi folks I have a hesitation on takeoff and a miss at 55-65 . Ford is waiting for answers from Detroit l.o.l. I am sick of this truck 5.0 litre some hot shot motor it is

I wouldn't blame the 5.0L for your problems. Many people, myself included have had no issues with ours...My truck currently has just a hair over 16,000 miles on it and so far its been perfect and runs great every time.

Perhaps you got a lemon? Overall Fords trucks are pretty high quality, For a company that's spitting out almost a million trucks a year the quality issues are pretty few and far between taking into consideration how many of them are out there running trouble free.

Sounds like a simple reflash to me. Engine has nothing to do with your issue.

finally got my truck fixed, ford could not fix my miss that started at 2400 kms.
and at 42,000 kms. after 2 years and countless trips to dealer a place i have to stay 100 yds from , police order ! just kiddn never did fix ford guru from oshawa were baffled they think itsbetween cpu and eng. pinched line hose etc my buddy from toronto mustang told me they put the cam chain back in one notch out retarded timing and so on and so forth hence pinging and lazy accelleration,my fix was 2013 supercab xlt-xtr 5.0 got 2000 kms on her so far so good and i got one hell of a deal and ford is also sending some sort of appreciation pack so long b,s and g,s i,m goin for a puff, night
