Are you really a vendor advocating stealing of intellectual property? Just curious about the ethics here...

If that were possible, all tuners would just buy a copy of the best tune, data log it and copy it. I don't think you can write code from a log, but you can figure out peak boost and timing. Not sure how far that gets you.

No, I would be opposed to them stealing a .mtf or readable file, but the property belongs to the logger not the tuner. Data log sharing is pretty common, that's all.

SSI can do, or not do business with anyone they want. I just don't see a problem sharing a log with anyone . There are tons of tables you have to adjust to accomplish just one change sometimes. You cannot see that in a log.

Wasn't he fired and rehired once before? In the beginning Socal/SSI was given LMS logs. I was accused of sending LMS my Socal lvl5 logs, which I didn't do. Needless to say I had a short history with them. Anyway, I've got unleashed 110octane logs, who wants em? Lol. Just kidding.

Oh yeah, back to intercoolers.

Okay, Joewee. What do you like about the APT? how was the fitment? I was impressed the Wagner fitment. I'm sure the power was noticeable.

Fits exactly like stock. Install was super fast. I think a one armed man could tackle it in 45 min. I like the aluminum look. Kinda wish it was more noticeable but oh well. I don't know about the power. Feels a little stronger above 3000rpm but who knows.

Awesome! I'm glad you are happy with your purchase. Have you dyno'd before and after?

I think what we need to do is take a look at the measurables between all the intercoolers, like fins per inch, pressure drop, dyno test, etc...A lot of manufactures do their own testing, but I would be curious to see a back to back test. I wish that there was a Ecoboost/Ford magazine that would do a test. That would be awesome.
