I have a SCAB 4x4, 3.55, 5.0L
I ran a full 36 gallons through. The fuel economy was absolutely horrible when compared to standard e10/e0 fuel. I fueled with e85, and I had about 2 -3 gallons of regular e10 in the tank so I didn't have a completely pure load of e85, but close enough to get a good idea of how it would run.
My normal fuel economy (hand calculated) is in the 18.5 MPG range for mixed driving. The computer typically returns numbers within two-tenths of hand calculated, so it is pretty accurate.
When running e85 I returned 12.9 hand calculated, and I believe that the computer indicated 13.1. This was comparable mixed driving to my normal 18.5.
I cannot say fore sure that it made more power, but it did seem a bit more responsive when running e85. It also caused the exhaust to smell different, not as oppressive as regular fuel. The best part about the e85, is that it has almost no odor in comparison to regular fuel. That is nice, especially when you are still getting used to the way this truck will dump fuel on the ground if you top off too much.
What it comes down to is cost. I lost about 30% in fuel economy, but the e85 was only about 18% cheaper than regular e10 gas at the time. So, it doesn't make financial sense to run the fuel for me. In some parts of the country....maybe.

I was on a road trip through NE Iowa - E85 was 30% less money, and mileage dropped 25% - so the dollars were pretty much a wash.
As far as the exhaust goes, It smelled like water vapor - you could probably inhale it
