Anyone got 100K on their eco boost yet?

So it's only at start up that it can be heard?

Yes, and usually after sitting for 12+ hours

So if I've heard it, which I think I have, what's my next steps ? ( doesn't happen every time though)

I have 100,090 miles...

I would wait until it does it more frequently so the dealer can hear it(if its hit and miss they may keep your truck for several days and never hear it), then they will charge you probably 2-3k to replace the timing chain and phasers once they hear it rattle on cold start.

2013 with 210k kms on it. Not sure how many miles that is. At 98k the dealer replaced a turbo/wastegate because it was dumping air when it shouldn't have been .I'm sure glad my warranty ran out at 100k! No issues whatsoever until just a few weeks ago. Engine light is on with an O2 sensor code. Still sorting that out.

What were the symptoms that lead you to finding out the wastegate was bad?

Under moderate acceleration, it would sound like the bypass valve was cycling rapidly. If I dropped the hammer it would stop but that doesn't help the wallet to drive like that all the time. Someone on here had a video clip of their truck doing the same thing. I guess the wastegate and turbo are an assembly so the dealer just swapped it out. No issues since, although I did have a fault on my passenger side pre cat O2 sensor but apparently it doesn't owe me anything.
