Default Anyone dump their exhaust?

Anyone with an ecoboost dump their exhaust instead of running a pipe and tip out the back? Any video clips? I'm thinking of running a mak offroad pipe and a magnaflow muffler and a few feet of pipe and dumping it.

I did this on my 5.0 and let me tell you, it will have rasp and drone dumping under the bed.

Just a few hours ago I have a tailpipe added and out close to the stock location with a 12" glasspack that can be removed with 3 bolts for racing. It's almost too quiet lol, very mellow.

I have AR long tubes with the magnaflow off-road turndown in my 5.0. Cabin drone is pretty significant, and my sliding back glass rattles upon heavy acceleration (pretty much anticipated all this before install so it doesn't bother me a bit). With that being said, it's the best sounding exhaust I've yet to hear on a 5.0 imo.

He's talking about dumping an Ecoboost, not a 5.0. It's going to have a bit louder farty sound. Other guys will chime in I'm sure. I've gone through several mufflers and resonators and it will always have a little ricey sound any way other than stock.

I'm aware he was asking about an ecoboost. I was more referring to the prospects of having significant cabin drone associated with having a turndown, regardless of engine.

I removed my muffler. There isn't any drone and it's still quiet at highway speeds

Did you dump it or run it out the back?
