As mentioned in the above post, my brain wasn't fully engaged.

Pretty serious. I tried to help you out after your initial post was quite wrong. But then you went on the defensive and became a jerk. So I let you be on your merry (self righteous and wrong) way and some other people also showed that you were wrong. I just came back to make sure you knew I followed that train wreck.

Must be real proud of yourself....

I still maintain that in this system it is not a pressure drop issue causing condensation.

I don't believe it is actually water but a solvent/watery solution coming from the Crankcase that hasn't been diluted with fresh air like the normal PCV side. Instead it comes strait out of the Crankcase into the Turbo/Cac region. U see it will readily mix with the oil becoming a bubbly mix much like a chocolate shake or separates out with some time, say overnight in the lower tank of the CAC. Pure water in the CAC doesn't happen much. Beating a dead horse there. Remove the PCV system clean air side to the turbo using a vacuum pump sending it to the intake manifold and a different filtered fresh air inlet, a different chain of events will happen.

Of course that is not a OEM way of manufacture but instead aftermarket racer stuff. Something like this stuff.

Of course not exactly engineered for the 3.5L.

Back on topic: Anybody know of anybody with a water to air intercooler application for the Ford F150 3.5L?

Everybody: thanks for showing the strength of character to remain on topic.

It sounds like a great question. No one seems to have heard of an answer so everything else gets debated. Reading the thread I am trying to figure out the harshness of replies:

So "buds". How old are you all?

Maybe someone will design an intake manifold to accept one ?
