Default Any way to lock up a 3.31 rear end

Have a 3.55 locking rear end now and on my new truck am looking at 3.31 rears but don't like that they are not locking but mabe i am wrong. thanks Hope you guys have some info.

You can add a locker. Your choices are; air (ARB), automatic (Detroit), or full-time (spool/welded). There might even be an e-locker available but I'm not sure. I don't think the factory offers the 3.31 with a locker, but someone might know better than me.

I would just order it with a conventional rear end, and put in an aftermarket one later.

I have a factory elocker on my fx2 w/ 3.31 rear. After looking at the Ford website it looks like the 3.31 comes in either regular OR electronic for almost all models.
