Any 6.2's?

5.0 = Base
EB = $1095
6.2 = $3490
So the 6.2 is $2400 more expensive than the EB in the FX4. The difference is slightly smaller in the Platinum (~$2000) and way more in the XLT (~$5000). The only problem is I've never actually run into any 6.2l trucks in the wild that weren't Raptors. My sales guy said almost no one orders them with that engine so they don't bother stocking them. I would have looked into it had it been available in the King Ranch, but I'm happy with the EB.

I ordered an FX4 a week ago with the 6.2 & a 3.55 gear, I don't tow too much but gotta have power! Yes the 6.2 is hard to find on the lot, I found 2 in Shelbyville Ky. But they weren't optioned the way I wanted so I ordered one.

Inebriated 4 ur safety
Does my engine count if it has an effective displacement of a 6.2L at 11.5lbs of boost?

I like all the good comments on the 6.2! I'm selling my 03 king ranch super duty diesel, I just don't need that much truck anymore, but going from a diesel to gas again worries me a little with towing. I know th 6.0 had its share of troubles but it could pull anything. Just hoping that 6.2 will do it well.
