Any 6.2's?

I found a Silver 2014 truck identical to my Gray 2012 with a 6.2L. I'm seriously considering trading my ecoboost in on the 6.2L. I'm averaging 16 mpg mixed on mine, and that's the type of driving I do and I am missing the rumble of the V8 pretty bad. I just don't think turbo whistle will make me happy if I put an exhaust on the ecoboost. The only difference is the one that I am looking at has 3.55 gears vs mine having 3.73. Bad thing, it's 8 hours from me. It's proving very difficult finding a loaded out 6.2L Fx4 without the appearance package. If I found one local, I know I would probably trade.
The sad thing though...... the one local dealer closer to me has a black loaded FX4 non appearance Max tow 6.2...... But then again Alberta is full of 6.2 trucks respectively.

The trip out
The high reading on the trip out^^
^^About what I was running on the trip out^^
^^About 30 miles to go.^^
^^First photo of the trip Home.^^
^^About what I was averaging Home.^^
^^About 25 miles to go on the way home. The trip average was closer to 20 mpg^^
Just thought I would post up some gas mileage numbers. For a refresher, I have an '11 Lariat supercrew 4x4, 6.2 max tow with 3.73's. A Volant intake tube. Stainlessworks Long Tube headers, full Stainlessworks exhaust with high flow cats, X-pipe and chambered mufflers. And an SCT Livewire. This past weekend I went to visit my sister in Maryland. It's a 88 mile trip one way. Weather was very nice on the trip out and back. I was running on the SCT 93 Oct. canned tune with the Kooks long tube header option. On the trip out I traveled a steady 60 mph on the highway, with an occasional pass at 65-70 mph. The trip back home I was at 65 mph for the first 20 miles or so. Then dropped back down to 60 mph for the remainder. Instead of telling, I'll show.
The first four photos are of the trip out. The last four are of the trip home.

Canadian EH?
^ Thats way better then mine, I was averaging 18 MPG during a 500 KM (300 Mi) trip traveling around 90-120KM (55-65MPH). Mine is bone stock, 6.2L Harley with 3.73 gears.
Wondering if a Tune and intake/exhaust would help with that?

These engines love a good flogging. When mine was stock the gas mileage was good, but not what I get now. After break-in it gradually did better and better. At about 7,500-8,000 miles is when it finally leveled off. When it comes to the 6.2 and gas mileage, a lot of guys want to either dismiss or debate it. Usually the guys with the Puffers? As they say, Pictures don't lie, and a picture is worth a thousand words. Just depends on who's saying them.....LOL.

I'm getting 10.5 mpg right now. I installed a level and 305/55/20 nitto trails so I can say it's from that used to get 13 before around town and 16 highway. I want to put in a k & n cold air intake to hopefully increase mpg
