There are some out there but not many. Some have their theory that it is because of the extra $5,000, but I say it is because a F250 with a 6.2L costs less than an equally loaded F150 with a 6.2L and many opted for that instead.

Now that you can get one in something other than a HD or Raptor, we will probably see more of them. I hope so, aftermarket parts are pricey!

I wanted a 6.2 but wasn't about to drop that much on a half ton.

I recently got my 6.2L FX4 and its a blast and fun to drive. In Canada the upgrade over the 5.0 was $1900 or $650 over the eb. It will interesting to see was the resale will be like.

Check the Limited or Harley thread for the 6.2's..Not a lot of info about them around here, Raptor forums are a good place to look as well.

I would have gotten a 6.2 but the dealers in NJ think they know what the consumer wants and it was enough of a struggle to get the options I wanted which happened to come with the 5.0L. No dealer in NJ (at least 50 miles around me) has an F150 with the 6.2 unless it is the Raptor. And even with that, No dealer has a Raptor unless it is the maxed out screw.

Good choice on engines!

I think now it's

5.0 = base
Eco = 1650
6.2 = 2160

Something like that.
