Nice alternate mount.

We also are training more Ford dealers on installs this week.

And are hoping to get test results from the dealer doing several trouble prone F150's currently.

I just want people to know what they are getting into, hell an intake can void your warranty, this can too. Plus drilling a hole in your intake is just crazy and completely irreversible, which leaves you screwed if you have that roadside break down.
It would be interesting to hear from anyone that has had a warranty issue involving a catch can system. Although there may not be any evidence, that is the biggest concern on my part and drilling a hole is absolutely not an option for me.
Is there a catch can system that does not require any holes to be drilled?

Reason for the holes is for the system to function at its optimal. Hoses are supplied by other can company on here but since the 15 is a different animal it will need different system to the PCV set up and that has been a hold up for them. But the 15 may not need a can system anyway to deal with the oil/H20 accumulation. If the oil is gone the water won't collect in quantities on it to be a problem.

Apparently no one has visited this post in a while but I am hoping to get some answers for some of the more experienced guys. I have a 2014 F-150 4x4 Platinum with the EB and almost 34K miles. I purchased it new in late February 2015. I (by the wife's orders) have to keep this truck for many years to come. I have read about all the problems with these engines from "limp mode", "shuttering", carbon build up on the intake valves and etc etc. Knock on wood I have not any (engine) problems with mine as of yet. I have recently noticed a slight miss or rough idle upon start up. I do have larger tires and a leveling kit but I believe I am also getting terrible fuel mileage compared to what I've seen posted on here. I currently average around 11.5 in the city and 14.5-15 on the hwy. I have been thinking of getting a tuner with a few custom tunes to get better performance and hopefully enhance some fuel mileage. I have recently stumbled across this catch can thing and people recommending changing the factory intercooler as well. Are these things that should be done as a precautionary measure or are these mods something only recommended for the guys having the above mentioned issues? Does the catch can work with aftermarket intercoolers? Or better yet would I even need a aftermarket intercooler if I installed a catch can and vice/versa?? Again I am looking for anything that will help fuel mileage, performance and the longevity of this truck and EB engine. Also I plan to change my plugs (for the first time) soon to the Ford Iridium SP-534 plugs and was also considering starting to run synthetic oil in it as well. This is my daily driver which I put a lot of miles on and I do tow a moderate load (5-6000lbs) during hunting season occasionally. Thanks for any help/suggestions you guys can send my way.

change your spark plugs and make sure you gap them properly and very carefully.

Default RX catch can & Tracy

I did a lot of research and agonizing when it came to purchasing a catch can for my Ecoboost and firmly believe the RX is the way to go. The product itself is well manufactured and works better than advertised. The customer service is welcome icing on the cake. Tracy is an incredible wealth of knowledge who is always very willing to share that knowledge. His patience is incredible and I have learned a great deal from him. Issues with my Eco that don't directly relate to his catch can don't stop him from helping, and my dealer is even interested in hearing what Tracy has to say. Great product with greater customer service is tough to beat.

Good motoring. My 11 has one on it. Not convinced my 16 2.7L needs one /would actually be a mistake, has 72,000 complete powertrain warranty. It is close to half way to its first tune up time.

I concur. I talked to Tracy before and after my can purchase and the support is top notch. I bought my '13 Screw 4x4 EB in Oct of '15 with 15k on the odo and I had my catch Rx Performance monster catch can installed by the time I hit 18k. I empty it regularly(more often when it's cold out) and I am always impressed with the amount of crap that it is pulling out. Here is a vid of my finished install.
