Does they even realize gasoline production is a very big, rather elaborate catch can.

My stake in it all is I can never have my rig just shut down and pull over to the side of the road. My driving means a 18 wheeler eats me if I rapidly loose power on the 7 wide. I have to keep it clean.

Summer is coming along with the humid weather, so once I see these issues disappear and the reason they did, I'll be a sceptical. I am allowed to question a product.
And do you see your wife's gynecologist too?
Of course Mike is a knowledgable member, but if you are on the outside looking in, am I going to listen to a mechanical engineer with 40 year experience that makes his living working with direct injection boosted engine applications? Or someone on the internet that "claims" that he is an engineer (but has yet to reveal what kind of engineer?) that is a knowledgable forum member?:whistling2

The left turbo intake tube is very easy to pull and inspect, in comparison to the right, The right is a lot harder to get off. Pull the wheel off the left side and pull both pipes off the turbo, if you choose? You should be able to get a pretty fair look at that point, or swab it out with a clean shop towel. If you do not want to go to that much work, pull the PVC fresh air make-up that dumps into that pipe, you can find it by looking just below the oil fill cap with the engine cover off. You can also pull the sensor off the top of the intake manifold (8mm) and see if it has a coating of oil?

Haha! Fair enough, but maybe you missed my point? There are a lot of doctors and engineers and such in the world, the trick is consulting the proper one to get the answer within the realm you seek!

I see at least 4 ways to get a lot of the H2O out.

1. Catch can system
2. Disconnect the Driver side Bov or Electric bov pipes
3. Do it the OEM way by just heating the air to dry it by CAC redesigns.
4. Design a better PCV evac system.

There are probably way more ways. Just like better Dr's LOL

And to add to this, to date we have 5 with the system installed that had been to the dealer 5-8-10 plus times for oil level rising and fuel smell in the oil. No success any visit. Then installed the system which caught the fuel and the next visit by each, with close to a qt of fuel/oil/water mix to show them, and DRAINING the RX can in front of them so they could see and look at the mix in person as well, along with a printed email from our tech support telling what to look for, each was diagnosed and fixed. So for the insurance alone, and the picture into what is happening in the crankcase (and just a catchcan will not show this, you must correct the PCV evac flaw so it is evacuated as soon as it enters the crankcase) seems a small price and a little hassle draining (like checking oil) to commit to for the peace of mind.

Ive been trying to find an answer to this question but i am not finding any so I'm coming here in hopes that someone can help me out. Has anyone installed the Monster RX can who has a Full Race front mounted intercooler? Based on the pictures I've seen and the mounting location it looks like my FMIC will be in the way but I'm not really sure? Do i have to mount it in the location that it is pictured in on the website?

Not enough room up front, especially for a monster can. I made a bracket for mine that bolts to the top of the right shock mount.
