So I have decided to hold off on a new truck for a while and start installing of the performance parts I have sitting around for the F150 ecoboost. I will be installing the CAI tonight or tomorrow morning so I will post some feedback. My initial opinion is the box, packaging and the quality of the product seems to be real good and if it performs as good as it looks I will be a happy camper.

So after the rain passed this evening I decided to install. The installation overall was pretty good. Getting some of the couplers to line up was a little tricky and tidious. I love the fact that the bottom of the stock air box is still being utilized and there is not a whole lot of stock parts laying around the garage. There are a few areas where the pipes rub but I will address those tomorrow in the daylight and I will post some additional pictures. The instructions are very detailed and the pictures are rather clear and marked well. You only need an 8mm socket, T20 torx and a regular screw driver to complete the job. The overall quality and installation of the product is very good.
Now for the good stuff. I took her for a quick test drive around the neighborhood. I was very pleased to find out that it was not loud in the cabin what so ever. In my opinion it is only slightly louder than stock all the way thru out the power band. The truck felt a little more responsive and it does seem to pull harder as it goes thru the gears. It does not feel like 33hp power gain but then again my butt dyno is not that accurate. I did also notice 1 lb gain in boost pressure according to my boost gauge. I will play around some more tomorrow and hopefully I will have enough time to pull out the Gtech meter for some comparison data. SDo far I am very pleased with the purchase and worth the wait.

Just ordered mine from someone who said they had them in stock as well as a livernois tuner...I told them i had that so hopefully they will be able to give me a little something and i should feel a pretty big jump in performance.

Very cool , cant wait for mine to come in . We will throw it back on the dyno once installed see what gains are made.
You said you saw 1 # more boost , are you still at factory boost plus one ?
How much are you seeing .

An increase in 1lb...kinda interesting...maybe A result of the stock intake setup not letting the motor suck as much as its setup for?

Thank You very much for the pictures and feedback...it has made me want to find a place that can actually fill my order so I can reorder it.
If anyone has any insight or tips where I can purchase it, from a place that has them in stock, please hook a brotha up.
Cheers!

Update:
So after installing Friday night I noticed that the pipes rather close together and came to the conclusion tht the coupler for the H pipe was rather short and poor quality but I got it to work. I was planning on changing that coupler to a longer 4 ply for ease of mind. Saturday I took a 40 mile trip on the highway and was beating on a little bit here and thetre to see how the CAI performed. I kept noticing my boost numbers being rather low. So when I got to where I was going I checked everything out and low and behold the H pipe coupler was torn. So I had to replace with a 4 ply sooner than later. The longer coupler made bit of a difference for fitment purposes. Now the pipes are not rubbing and I dont have to worry about blowing one out. All in all I am very pleased with the system and I feel it has made a difference. Not a hugh difference in my opinion but when you tie in the CAI, exhaust and tune I think they all help.
