Another thing to talk to your service department about: gasoline and why it is harmful to use...you know it is flammable, right...I bet if my truck burns down they won't warranty it, therefore I will never use gasoline and will keep the truck parked in my garage for the rest of my life.

It's hilarious how a catch can that increases the motor's lifetime gas mileage by keeping the internals cleaner is considered a warranty voider and smog test failer.

Yet some of these aftermarket "CAI"'s that are total snake oil because they don't have an enclosed cone filter and therefore pass hotter air into the motor than the stock airbox does (which is already a true CAI) are just fine and dandy according to the California smog shops as long as you use that stupid CARB sticker it comes with

Any oil ingested in the combustion chamber, no matter how little, causes reduced usable octane and detonation. When detonation occurs, the knock sensors pull timing until it is no longer present. If your having timing pulled your loosing MPG and power as the engine is not running at optimum so that alone is enough.

Also, the JLT can holds 1.5oz's before the oil passes right through (the video is on Youtube...search for it) and the RX standard is 12 oz capacity.

And yes, mag/moss is US only, but again, with over 14,500 RX systems in use over 12 plus years, never has there been a warranty denied due to it.

Unless you drive at wot all the time you are not getting timing pulled. This is easily logged and verified. I and many others have done so. Nearly no timing is pulled at cruise speeds. Running 87 octane my kr is normally 0 but occasionally hits +-2 on heavy acceleration.

And this is 87 octane with a boosted engine on the stock tune. The na 5.0 should have less.

Default just 75 miles

I washed and waxed and thought I would take a early look, here is what I found at 75 miles. I did kick it hard one time on the interstate. Looks like the oscillating effect of the tube mesh filter really works good. I think this was a good investment.

Another 1,000 miles and 1.5 months since I last emptied my UPR. A lot less water than last time.

Again, why someone wouldn't put on a separator system in is beyond me - especially the EB runners.

This is all a great example of what actually is ingested into the intake air charge. It all looks like what I want in my engine, right? LOL! Seriously though this is not hard to maintain and keep emptied.
