I used the search and found a couple of threads. I have a 2012 fx2 5.0 and under low rpms going up hill or slight grades Ive noticed a faint valve train ping, chatter.I have tried switching gas from 100% to shell 93 and 89. Seemed to quiet down for a while and now can hear it faintly again. Has anyone took theirs to the dealer or know of any problems/fixes for this? Or is this the usual ITs just the characteristics of the vehicle? And I am not running any kind of tune, but do have a airaid Jr CAI.

I am going to take it in next week for a sticking heater door, blows out defrost when just on vent. I will get them to check out the light chatter sound I posted about earlier. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I asked about any TSB's he just mentioned that the ecoboost makes a ticking sound after about 3-5000 miles especially noticeable up against a wall like at a drive through.
