just finishing mine. Gearhead Fab out of stuart fl built the turbo kit and MPT out of Longwood FL tuned it. Truck made 896/695 RWHP/RWTQ 93 octane pump gas.

How much power can these 5.0 safely take? Boost etc..

I don't know exactly what the internal difference between the F150 and mustang 5.0 is other than cams. But there is 5.0 stangs running over 900 at the wheels on factory internals. I think there is even a few over the 1,000hp mark. How long it will last at that kind of power levels is a whole different subject lol

Definitely, with a good tune. It doesn't matter if your pushing 100hp or a 1,000hp a crap tune can be catastraphic.
