2012 f150 single cab- jlp tune and cai with the stock inake on 295/45/17 13.99 @99mph.

New set up cobra jet intake swap same tuner. Not too happy with the times (14.2 @ 98mph) but then again its shifting at about 5500-5800 and crossing the 1/4 in 4th gear

Is it a dyno tune or a email tune? I'd think you should be shifting at 6800-7500 somewhere in there

I made the mistake of using jlp once as well. Again stock was quicker than with mods and a jlp tune. When I switched to 5star (before the blower setup with MPT tuning) it was a night and day difference on how much better the truck ran.

Great numbers for a fairly simple setup. You got me thinking about getting an E85 tune from MPT and maybe hooking up this fogger kit I got sitting here. At least I could have some fun, until this oil field picks back up and the prices on the 2015s come down.

I know guys on LSX forums are spraying 100 shot and not having to pull any timing on E85.

run sunday in 2014 5.0 STX rcsb at Atmore dragway ran a 8.81 at 80.3 mph in the 1/8 th mile (next pass sucked, bad wheel spin) my own HP tuners tune and 4.10 gears ...this is with cats and stock 20 inch wheels but no spare tire ..temps about 70... thought it was pretty decent..wish they had a list for 1/8 mile times

I started with a JLP tune and it was dog****. I thought BBR was terrible with my mustang but JLP was much worse and so was their service. 5Star, MPT, and AED have had great service/performance from my experience.
