With 5500 miles, I am averaging about 16mpg when cruising at 60mph. That is probably not bad at all considering that I have the King Ranch with the Goodyear A/T tires and offroad package. Our roads are also atrocious this time of year and we have tons of hills that you are constantly going up and down.

I have a 2012 FX4 SCREW W/3.73, a BAK Roll-X, SOLO dual cat back, 15000km and my combined total according to my computer is 14.5L per 100 running 89 octane. So you are in the ballpark, I find the start stop is a mileage killer and you really gotta go soft on accelerating to squeeze out the best mileage. Forgot I'm running a 5 star 89 Perf tune too. You should get a bit better after a few more oil changes also.

With 34's and 3.73 scab 4x4 5.0 I'm getting 18.4 50/50 driving which I think is excellent!

I've got a 13' SCREW 6.5' box with Leer cab high shell, 5.0L with 3.73 gears, 3K on odometer Getting about 1-1.25MPG lower than computer average on winter blend fuel.
Winter Blend (California EPA crap)
City/Freeway mixed - 13-15MPG hand calc
- 14-16MPG computer calc
Freeway - 15-16 hand calc
- 16-17 computer calc
Summer Blend ----- ???
I consider myself a conscious MPG driver, easy start offs at lights, 70MPH cruise set on freeway and lots of coasting when coming up to stop lights (enough to **** off people behind me.) I challenge myself to try and get that average MPG up whenever I drive.

Too early to tell, but with 312 miles on it so far.....21.2.
Mostly straight streches on roads, not many hills. Never over 60mph.
no interstate driving yet. i'm sure doing 70-75's gonna kill that avg! LOL
Not even broke in yet I guess. But for now, 21.2 looks good on the info screen! LOL

I'd rather be boating

Over 3K and the lifetime is 15.8 on current tank it shows 16.2. Checking it by hand since new and the millage has stayed steady at 15.5 to 16. On an average 50% of my driving is country/hilly back roads and very little interstate driving. I'm looking forward to summer fuel blend and a nice cross country trip. I'm thinking 19 to 20 shouldn't be an issue as long as I keep the speeds reasonable.

First tank avg. 15.5mpg with about 75% highway. 2013 Screw, 4x4, 3.55 gears. I was hoping for so much more. Maybe when it gets broken in I will be satisfied. I thought it would get close to my 4.6 3V screw that I traded with 33" tires. Wondering if I should have gotten the Ecoboost?!?

I've been at 13.5mpg in very cold weather, 8 mile commute speeds under 55mph and I drive pretty aggressively.. Worst conditions for gas mileage. Switched to e85 now I'm at 10.9 mpg. Better power though.

I just moved from Atlanta to Cleveland. What is Winter blend and how do I know if I'm using it? Thanks to whomever answers my stupid question.

Ok, so I've read a few articles about Winter blend versus Summer blend but they all concentrate on the pollutants, not what it does to real world mileage. How much does it affect it?
