When I started my trip from Texas to California, my mileage was around 17.3 on the highway. After two tanks and 1000 miles, I have been able to hit 23.0 mpg at 75 mph between Las Cruces, NM and Phoenix, AZ. I realize it's pretty flat but there are a few places where the hills eat into it. Looks like this last tank would run almost 600 miles between fill-ups if I ran it straight all the way through. Not bad for a 2014 5.0l Screwcab with the bed loaded and the back seat loaded and only 3400 miles on it. And that is with the cruise and the A/C on for the trip. Since I hit the 3000 mile mark, it seems like the mileage is getting better. I'll keep it updated on how my mileage does the rest of the trip.

Only around 700 miles on the truck so far, so hopefully it will improve.
16.8 MPG according to the truck's computer, 16.4 according to the calculator.
5.0 SuperCrew shortbed 4X4 with 3.55s. Still beats the EPA rating of 16 combined though, so not too bad.

Sorry, I meant to include that as well. I've got the E-lock 3.55's in my ride.
BTW, I'm in Cali now up near Yosemite and after going up and down the mountains of San Bernardino Nat'l Forest and the desert on the way to Yosemite, my overall mileage is still over 19.1 MPG. And damn, gas is expensive up here!!! I saw it for $4.49/gal! 😱. Thank God I'm getting such great gas mileage!!! I miss my $3.06/gal at home. 😢.
More updates to come.

I have 3.55s, 20s, 4x4, 5.0L, and I seem to run about 1800 RPMs @ 70 mph.
