Default 5.0 exhaust

So I was thinking we need a place for all 5.0 exhaust videos/opinions

So far I have had 3 different setups on mine so I will start. No videos now, but I will get some of my current setup.

1st true dual 2.5 inch pipe 12 inch glasspacks (this is what I had on my 4.6, my cousins 5.4 and liked both so I figured it would be in line with that). WAY too loud. Good from idle to 1000 rpm then it was louder than my heavily modded 302 mustang with headers and without cats for the exhaust. Only had for 60 miles and had to take it back. I couldnt even get out of my driveway without waking everyone up in a 2 block raidus trying to be quiet.

2nd true dual 2.5 inch pipe magnaflow 18 inch dual in dual out. I liked how it sounded from idle to 2000 rpm then it mellowed out and almost sounded v6 like to me anyways (remember I have a mustang with a nice deep tone so anything less doesnt sound right to me). about 2000-3500 rmp nothing then from 3500-redline it had a consistent crackle that sounded terrible. No drone whatsoever. I think alot of people would like this but I like a real deep tone.

3rd Now its true dual 2.5 inch pipe a flowmaster super 40 dido. I know flowmaster but it has the sound I like. To me it sounds like a nicely modified 03/04 cobra but lower volume. It has a nice deep idle and sounds awesome throgh the whole rpm range. It starts to have a little crackle when driving at around 4000 rpm but in a way better way than the magnaflow. Havent driven 70 yet but at 60 there is no drone
Video of this one to come sometime next week

Everyone else with a 5.0 post up your video clips likes/dislikes of your setup

Here are a few that I have found hope nobody minds me posting their here. If any of these are yours let us know your comments on it
(close to how my magnaflow sounded)
(true dual borla)
(corsa)
(someone elses flowmaster close to how mine sounds in neutral)

I had duals/x-pipe(welded) installed first day I had the truck, following the passenger side normal exhaust path. But it had to be cut to pull the transmission after the pump failure,so I went this route to make it easy if it ever has to be pulled again.Almost equal length runs upstream of the X-pipe...don't know if that helps out or not???.. 2.5'' piping, magnaflow X-pipe,Dynomax Ultraflow Bullets, and 3.5'' tips.

AF, that setup looks great! How much did it cost you? Have you had any problems with exhaust soot getting on bumper? Any noticeable power increase?

My opinion...the Dynomax bullets are a little loud, but not glasspack loud.I only have like 575 miles on the truck(I am away working right now)so I can't comment on the drone since not enough seat time.I don't know if it added any power since I have not drove the truck without them, all I know is I am impressed with power the 5.0 puts out.Thanks.
