I have same issue. Same run around at the dealership. It knocks on the passenger side just like ALL the others on here. Comes and goes and usually "goes" right at the time I am at the dealership so they just say too bad no noise no fix. The tech have all heard it at one time or another but they can't seem to move a muscle unless god damn Ford approves it. Mine has been in 6 times for this and they have done this and that ... all with no fix. I think the dealership is just milking the Ford Warranty system. They get paid whether they fix anything or not. Can't even sue them as no lawyers will bother with a warranty issue.

Make sure you call Law Enforcement as well. That way, you won't have so long to wait.
