Well idk what the dodge claims but I just smoked one. 5.7 hemi too. He did not look happy. He stopped at the light by me and asked if I had the 5.0. I said yea I've been happy with it. He said I've heard it's a pretty good engine. I said let's find out. Well at the next light when he pulled up by me he said I guess it is a good motor. Spank Spank.
i hear ya i raced a 6.? chevy with a programmer in a half ton with my 5.0 with a 5star tuning programmer with 285/70/17 tires and it was neck and neck i really dont even know who one all i know is our mirrors were side by side and i was pulling him,n i say i dont know who won because we were on a back road n a mailbox is the finish line and i was looking at his mirror but i guess he was looking at the mailbox cuz he hit his brakes as soon as we crossed cuz he knew i was fixin to walk off and leave him lol. and then he wouldnt race me again,said he had to get back to town i just call it scared.
