My 2011 f150 with 5.0 3.55 limited slip 4x4 fully loaded with not so small parents and a toddler got 23mpg at 75mph from nj to nc back in february. Not bad i must say.

I think any thing over 20 mpg ispretty darn good but where i live its always windy raining or snowing. And this is the first time in 8 months of owning the truck i got 24mpg. I am sure i had tail wind pushing me too lol. Because before i only got 21 doing 55mph. O well it is pretty impressive considering the size of our trucks

Jumping in on this thread a little late, i know, but when when i picked up my truck i refueled (all the way) in Tucson AZ, drove home (southern NM) and drove around a few days till the next refill (again all the way). 463 miles and it took 20.1 gallons. That's a pretty easy calculation of about 23 mpg. I had the cruise set to the speed limit which was 75 pretty much all the time, A/C on since it's summer in AZ and NM, plus i had my motorcycle (about 400lbs) on the bed. The computer indicated 21.0 mpg which already made me happy, the results at the pump were a pleasant surprise!!
Truck is a bone stock 2012 5.0 4x4 with pretty worn out spark plugs...
Doing some maintenance at the moment but will keep an eye on it what it turns out in daily operation.

I reviving this threat because.....because I want to brag of course
Had an out-and-back run, headwind out, tailwind back. Caught some nice traffic coming back and construction kept them at about 50mph for awhile and blamo, 27mpg on the way back, 25.8mpg round trip for 280 miles.
Now honestly, conditions and traffic were perfect. I was always following the slowest 18 wheeler I came across, it was warm (80 degrees) but I went sans AC, I was alone without any gear, had the tires pumped up to 45psi. It did include a fill-up and drive thru at mickey d's so there are at least a couple of places to do even better. You can't always go for high MPG but it sure is fun when you have the chance

Thats pretty good! So far with 2600 miles my EB is getting just under 20 MPG, which included some towing. I found my trip home from works is 23 MPG, going to is 20. More uphill going to so some downhill heading home. It can only get better the more it is driven. Taking a 400+ mile trip on the 12th pulling my trailer so expecting to see about 13 MPG.
