what is a fair price to pay for a f150 supercab 5.0 liter 302 a pkg 355 electronic axle 35256 that is with the ford rebate (2000 rebate) 750(trade assist) that price include destination and delivery and no taxes state taxes are 6% in the 19403 zip code area
