Default 2011 EcoBoost with 44000 miles exhaust question

I have a 2000 and 11 EcoBoost SuperCrew FX 4, with almost forty four thousand miles. About 10,000 miles ago I had induction service done with the top and cleaned. I run Startron and almost every tank of gas and run 89 octane Shell gas 99.9 percent of the time. I have recently retired in the past year, have not driven my truck as much but when I do I do drive it on the interstate and around town. Last year I put nine thousand miles on the truck this year so far I've put 800 miles. I have noticed that when I hit the gas in the truck those school that a black smoke comes out of the exhaust kind of like when a diesel engine does the same thing any way to cure this or should I be wondering about a problem? Also is about time that I change my oil but I have been putting it off because I'm thinking about trading on a 2015 model pickup truck unknown brand at this time but not Chevy or GMC looking towards a Toyota. Thanks for all your help guys. And if anything in this looks a little off it's because I'm doing speech to text in my vehicle at a stoplight thanks again

First, don't post to forums while you drive.

What induction service did you have done? There are no approved induction services for the EB currently. Ford actually recommends replacing the heads.

^ this.

Take it into the dealership, they would probably be the best bet for problem solving. It sounds like when you punch it you are a little to rich. Depending on how much black smoke is coming out. A little bit can be normal but excessive like a diesel not so much.

The induction service was done by the dealership. It was a closed system induction where nothing would get into the turbos. You forced cleaning in and out. It's only been 3000 miles since I've done it. But I only drove 9000 miles last year so I'm thinking that it may be I'm not putting enough miles on the motor or driving the vehicle hard enough. The dealership actually recommended it. It's like a diesel motor when you get on it after it has plenty of miles on it

I put less than 5k a year on mine and I have no obvious black smoke. All EB's have soot on the tail pipe, but it shouldn't be billowing smoke.
Could be a high pressure fuel pump issue creating a rich condition.

What dealership is this and what is this so called service because the rest of us would like to know, as so far we have all been lead to believe that there is NO ford engineering approved way of doing a cleaning service of this engine.

Rivertown Ford in Columbus GA. I cannot remember the name of the company that owns the dealership but I think they are from Texas. I honestly cannot remember right now the name of the process was done. When I get home I will go through my records and pull it but it is a closed induction cleaning of the upper end. And when I had it done I noticed about a mile or two miles per gallon difference or gain and in the service was two hundred and fifty dollars I believe.

Why would you trade a 150 for a Toyota?!

I decided to keep it after looking at how much I owe on it down to 16,700k left. So I'm going to keep it and add a new head unit and a few other items, on a year or two I'll lift it a few inches and continue to mod her till she dies
