2013 F150 King Ranch Ecoboost Engine Fan Stuck on High

I'm getting my info from my uncle, who's not really mechanically inclined. However, from what I gather the high side had much more pressure than it should have and the low side was lower than spec. As Tothemax mentioned you can buy a gauge and check to see what the pressures are like. Don't get the cheap'o gauge, make sure you can read both the high and low sides. There are also a bunch of video's on YouTube on AC work. I bought gauges and a vacuum pump to do my own AC work since all the shops around here want an arm and leg around here. Lucky for you guys in the states you can actually buy R134, we can't here in Canada and we have to use the propane mix stuff (it works just as good, it's just not the OE stuff).

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level gets to low the fans will default to high speed all the time.
