Define fit.
Do you mean without alteration and direct-connect to the F-150's front-pipe/catalytic-converters?
In general the futzing and installation of short-tube headers aren't worth the gain (if any). If you're looking for performance, bite-the-bullet and go long-tube.

They bolt to the engine but require new pipes to be made to fit the collector. They don't clear the factory frame, but good use of a rose bud and a c-clamp will fix that.
