I am waiting for call back from the Dealer for a status, the last I heard, the truck is just sitting there not being worked on. FYI the truck is stock.

I found this printout on the back of the build sheet that was left in my truck when I bought it. I assume TCM is the Transmission Control Module? Looks like they had a problem from the factory.

After reading this thread, I'm going to leave my truck stock for awhile before adding any mods and tuning the PCM.

I stopped and talked to a Trans Technician with 35 years experience, I told him that my dealer has removed my transmission to inspect the bands, he smirked and said my trans doesn't even have bands! He then brought out his 2014 service manual concerning my trans and turned to a bulletin page.
It was title "Delayed shift to Reverse and or shift flare on the 2 to 3 shift". This is what my truck is doing. I asked to take some pics of the pages and he said go for it. I will post the pics below.

Ford Customer Service just called me and said that they have communicated with the Dealer. They told me my trans is being "Overhauled", whatever that really means and should be ready early next week.
