Default 2013 5.0 in a 1959

Ok, what all do I need to get out of a wrecked 2013 f150 to swap it into a 1959 F100? I don't want to spend 2grand for the Ford racing controls pack, which btw wont control the 6speed auto. Or ANY trans for that matter.

You'll need to have computer stuff for the drive-by-wire throttle, spark firing, fuel, etc. The only mechanical things about this engine are coolant, cams, crank, piston, rods and valves. Everything is electronically controlled.

Yes, the PCM. And the anti-theft, including the ignition key. I read somewhere that the Ford anti-theft is impossible to defeat. But do I need the body control module, anti-lock module, airbag module, instrument cluster, steering column, fuel pumps? I know for a fact the Ford computer will throw a 'service' light over a power heated mirror and extra LED cab lights. Been there done that.

Don't forget fuel pump. Also PCM drives many relays so relay box. Probly should get a tuner so you can read OBDII codes. I'm sure you will get a few.

There's a guy on GarageJournal who did an ecoboost swap into his F-100. I don't have the link, but a quick google should have it turn up. That should help provide some info.
