2011 f150 ecoboost misfiring
I have a 2011 F150 ecoboost that has major shuttering issues. Started with the intercooler condensation issue which I thought I resolved by replacing the intercooler, catalytic converter and update on the computer. Ran fine for a while and shuttering started again while under load causing the #6 cylinder coil and plug to foul. Replacing those didn't help and the truck still shutters. Computer codes still showing cylinder misfire and turbo underboost. Truck has 107k miles and I pull a trailer regularly.

Have you drilled the weep hole in the intercooler?

....... and, have you changed spark plugs yet?? They only last about 30k miles

Turbo underboost could be a myriad of things. From a bad turbo to a wastegate control solenoid going out. Mine ended up being the latter. $20 part, $120 total cost to change at dealer.
