Drill it right in the cross hatch area, lowest point drivers side corner, front part of IC. In front of outlet pipe. Just behind the cross member that holds the IC in place. Pull that rubber flap down you'll see

I have a 2011 with the lower deflector still stuck on the ic. Has anyone removed the deflector without drilling the ic. I feel like after the truck gets nice and warm I loose a little power, like the ic is not cooling like it should.
