For a 2014: AT4Z-6268-C for the chain, AT4Z-6K254-A for the tensioner arm and BA5Z-6L266-B for the tensioner it's self.
For my 2011: AT4Z-6268-A for the chain, AT4Z-6B274-A for the arm and BL3Z-6L266-A for the tensioner.
Notice the arm has a totally new part number. Others are just updates. I'm curious to know why the 14's get C and B versions of the parts, but they are not retrofitted to the older engines? These updates are just from the last 6 months or so. Last time I looked, there were no differences. There are additional updates to the other valve train components, but these are the three parts that I'm placing blame upon.

Just out of curiosity, how are things looking on the other EcoBoost Platforms?

http://www.fordflex.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5601 <-- Timing Chain replacement... Didn't fix problem. New motor fixed.
There are more if you go digging through their forums but I was not able to find a video.
Well guys , we are screwed!
This creates a situation where Ford dealers will be seeing our videos frequently. Since they don't care about them, we should make so many that they have to.

Hearing the same noise on my 2011 FX2 with about 41,000 miles. I live South of Houston Texas (so maybe not cold weather related but just a "cold" engine where it's been sitting over night) and my truck just started with the noise about 2 weeks ago, I've only had it happen about 4 times since then and the noise happens right during start up and goes away after about 1 second.
Reading this thread doesn't give me a good feeling and now I'm considering adding an extended warranty. Or would the standard 60k mile power train warranty cover this that comes with the truck?

If I were you, and you planned on keeping this truck for a long time I would purchase the genuine Ford ESP from FD-Warranty.Com.
Now that your bumper-to-bumper has expired you can get a 5yr/75,000 mile for a very fair price from Troy (FD-Warranty). You'll need to take your truck to a dealer and have them do the Ford used vic ESP inspection. It's a specific inspection they will need to issue warranty past bumber-to-bumper. Call Troy...

Believe the 14 has a different timing chain.

All very interesting stuff here and I must say it has me a little worried since it seems to be happening frequently.
Just one thing - the Flex and Taurus didn't get the Ecoboost until the 2010 model year. So anyone with a 2009 (the second link posted from fordflex.net) has the regular 3.5.
Another thing that maybe worth noting is that since it only happens on cold starts - I wonder if there is something else in the oiling system that is allowing pressure to bleed out? A stuck check valve or something like that? I would think a stretched timing chain would do it hot or cold but something allowing pressure to bleed out could definitely cause a rattling noise.
I know my SHO will make some weird rattling noises (more like a lifter tap) on some starts. Goes away in less than a second and has been doing it for a long time now. Consensus on the SHO forums is it is the HPFP rattling on startup.
This is definitely one to to watch carefully. Ford, you need to step up to the plate on these and figure out what is going on!
