Dealer called today and told me the parts came in yesterday and they got it finished today. They're keeping it overnight to make sure it is fixed when they start it in the morning.

Similar story for me. I received a call from the dealership that the parts arrived today, and will be getting the repairs done next week. I was told last week that there was a significant number of the parts being shipped by the supplier, so the backlog is likely resolved for now.

Got my truck back last Friday and I haven't had any issues. They completed the new TSB and went ahead and changed all of the parts again that they just changed a month ago under the old TSB. Truck seems to run much better and have a little more power. It was not covered under my esp or the emissions warranty but my dealer payed for everything because of the issues I had the last time they fixed it. (Great Dealer) Thanks for all of your help and input on everything.

I would take a copy of the new tsb into your dealer and go over the questions with them...
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Check the vehicle build date. Was the vehicle built on or before 5/29/2015?
a. Yes - proceed to Step 2.
b. No - this procedure does not apply. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-00 for normal diagnosis.
2. Does the customer state a ticking/tapping or rattle type noise occurs from the top front cover area of the engine upon
initial cold start-up that lasts for 2-5 seconds after a cold soak of 6 or more hours?
a. Yes - proceed to Step 3.
b. No - this procedure does not apply. Refer to WSM, Section 303-00 for normal diagnosis.
3. Replace all four variable camshaft timing (VCT) units and primary timing chain. Refer to WSM, Section 303-01.
Nowhere does this say to verify the condition...I'm not sure it that would help but it's worth a shot if they "Can't replicate the problem"

Took my truck in yesterday for low power while pulling my camper. Service department called me and said they would replace the timing chain again as well as all VCT for no charge since I had the timing chain replaced (that I paid for previously) and because I was loyal customer.
Thank you to all on here who have helped answer my questions, do research for yourself and share with others, post TSB's, and give advice on speaking with the dealership.
I have a bit more faith in FORD again and if this solves the problem I will have full confidence again.
