I pulled the livewire but when they sent the info to ford they seen it. It all depends on how the dealer treats me threw out the whole ordeal and the warranty on the truck after it's installed, if it is still void I'll find a junk yard motor and pay a working man's garage to put it in.

You by chance didn't have the oil dilution problem with gas creeping into your oil? Regardless, hope Ford treats you right, especially with having low miles.

I change my oil every 5000m with full synthetic, I've never had it tested but it looked/felt/smelled fine running across the side of the road!

The sad thing is that the tune had nothing to do with the engine blowing. 40 miles on a very mild tune; it was about to happen anyway. Did you return to stock before it went to the dealer?

Sorry to hear that. You was probably excited getting your new tires and all. What ****ty luck, look at all the people running ***** out tunes just hammering on them and you run a mild one for 40 miles and bam. Well hope you find a good deal.

I'm interested to see the inside of the intercooler, they priced it with one and turbos plus all piping. Unless it shattered a piston and broke the timing chain all that should be fine......unless the intercooler was already full of oil and it ate some!
